Digital and HD TV is Here!!!

 

Digital and HD Television Arrives

The new cable television system for campus residents will provide 127 channels of digital television, emergency alerts, and channel lineups on the web at zap2it.com. In addition the following content will be offered in high-definition:

A&E HD

CNN HD

ESPNU HD

HBO East HD

HD Theater

MLB Network HD

National Geographic HD

NBA TV HD

NFL Network HD

NFL Network HD

Science Channel HD

SyFy Channel HD

Analog Service continues, but is reduced

We will maintain the analog head end to serve legacy television sets until July of 2013. In August of 2013 renovation of Dickey Hall will begin and as we vacate he building analog television service will be discontinued. In the process of expansion over the next week the analog service will be reduced from 77 channels to 51 to provide space in the frequency spectrum for the new digital signaling.
